Q. How do I order a class picture?
A. For the easiest and quickest way to order, use your credit card and order online. To order with a check or money order you can use the order envelope your student received at school or you can click here and print an order form, and mail it with your payment.
Q. Are pictures available in any other sizes?
A. To keep prices as affordable as possible, we only offer 10x24 inch color prints.
Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. All pictures are sent within 3 to 4 weeks via first class mail in a tube to the address you provide on the order form.
Q. Do you have frames for the pictures?
A. If you have difficulty finding a frame for your picture, we have frames available. Our frames are black aluminum and come pre-assembled with a clear plexiglass face and a foam core backing. There will be an order form in the tube with your pictures when they arrive.
Q. Can I order by Phone?
A. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not accept phone orders.
Q. Can I order after the deadline date?
A. YES! Please note that placing your order by the deadline date will guarantee all prices and ensure the fastest delivery.
Q. What is Pearlized paper?
A. Our Pearlized paper is a Kodak Professional premium paper that has a glossy finish and luminous appearance that creates images with exceptional visual interest and depth. This new paper infuses pictures with an iridescent look that adds amazing detail. It's simply the BEST photographic product you have ever seen! Pearlized paper offers a notable enhancement over standard paper and is offered exclusively in our Pearlized Packages. This Pearlized paper eliminates the need to laminate. Q. What is Lamination?
A. Lamination is a clear plastic coating which goes on the front and back of your photo and helps protect and enhance the quality of your photos. Unconditionally guaranteed for five full years, lamination significantly reduces fading and yellowing from exposure to light. Also, lamination film adds a glossy finish to your photos and resists fading, moisture, grease, and fingerprints. It’s definitely the way to go for a great look.
Q. Can I make copies of my prints?
A. Panoramic Photomarketing, Inc. owns the copyrights to all images taken by our photographers. Except as otherwise required by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, retransmit, or publish any copyrighted material without the express written consent of the copyright owner, including, without limitation, print or electronic reproduction, publication or any display of photography.
Q. Is it safe to submit my credit card online? Is your website secure?
A. Yes! We are constantly monitoring our systems to ensure the security of your information. When you are asked to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected using industry-standard SSL encryption.
Q. Do the billing and shipping addresses have to be the same?
A. The address information for your order does not need to be the same. Please make sure that the billing address is entered as the same address that the credit card bills are sent to. This billing information will not affect your shipping address.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your printed pictures, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will be happy to work with you toward a resolution. If you simply want a refund, return your photos and/or products with a note stating that you do not want them and we will be glad to give you a full refund.
Q. I received my order and it was wrong, what should I do?
A. Occasionally, a customer receives the wrong print. Whatever the problem or error, we will gladly try to correct all errors. If you receive any order that is not right, please return the wrong prints along with a short note telling us what is wrong and don’t forget to include a daytime phone number if there are any questions. The incorrect print has information printed on the back and is the only thing that can positively tell us why the print was wrong and will help us reorder the correct print. Your order will be given top priority and mailed back to you ASAP.
