I am recommending the services of Mr. Jamie Parker. He photographed our senior class of 1997. It was done with very little class disruption and the greatest degree of professionalism.

The program that Mr. Parker offers through his company is simple, inexpensive, and produces a treasured memory (the group picture) of unbelievable clarity. On the date of the photo session, Mr. Parker set up his equipment beginning at 6:30 a.m. (a full hour and half before the opening of school). Mr. Parker distributed the order forms himself. The students were given approximately ten (10) days to mail in their order. No faculty or staff member had to handle any money at all. Almost exactly a month after the photographic session, Mr. Parker mailed out all the pictures that had been ordered, again without school involvement. The students on the photo day were only out of classes about 30 minutes. There was only one announcement over the intercom. The picture (using a revolutionary new process) was made from an eightÑfoot ladder. The school received a free copy of the picture, which is now being displayed in the office.

In closing, I again highly recommend that you consider making use of Panoramic Photomarketing, Inc. I can say without any reservation that you will not go wrong in using this company for your senior class and upcoming senior classes.

As an administrator, I am always working to minimize the amount of time lost from class. Panoramic Photomarketing has always worked around our school schedule to find the best time for making our class picture. The entire procedure has never taken more than 15 minutes. Mr. Parker has his own sound system that he uses to arrange students for the picture. He marks off the area for the picture well in advance so students will know where to sit. Before taking the picture, Mr. Parker reminds students that anything inappropriate (gestures, faces, etc.) will be whited out of the picture before copies are printed. We have never had a problem with our students. I believe this is due in part because of the efforts of Mr. Parker.

After the picture is made, students are given an order form. Students send this form directly to the company. The school does not have to deal with any of the collecting, mailing, distribution, etc. If students or parents have questions, they are told to call Mr. Parker directly. I have never had a complaint from a parent or student about Panoramic Photomarketing. If you are considering a class picture for your students, I highly recommend Panoramic Photomarketing.

Mr. Parker,

I would like to thank you for the case of shooting our eighth grade Panoramic Picture this year. Each year, your correspondence has allowed us to check our calendar and find the best date and time for the shoot to take place. Once this is faxed and confirmed, we are set for the shoot.

Since, I am in charge of organizing this activity, the quick and efficient planning of this event is greatly appreciated. The only items for me to do is to inform the teachers, place the reminder posters in the hallways, and ask the P.E. teachers to pull out the bleachers and roll up the basketball goals via an e-mail for the impending day.

On the day of the event, you arrive early to prepare the gym for the shoot - all of which you do on your own! Once you tell me you are ready for the students, they are called to the gym and you place them in position. While we watch you orchestrate their placement, we wait for the conclusion. After the shoot, you explain to the students how to order pictures and show them what the pictures will look like. One of our favorite parts is the fact that you take care of the order forms including the collection of money and delivery of pictures. That is it!

Once you leave that day, order forms are placed in my door and in the office for students to have extras available. We are then done for the year.

Again, we thank you for the ease and of the Panoramic Picture for our eighth graders.
